As Joan Rivers would say, “Can we talk?” People on TV make flipping homes sound so easy. Doesn’t it seem like someone hands them a steal-of-a-deal property, then they’ll use a few sledge hammers and a crew of workers to fix up a house in record time. Then there will be a problem.
